Hit Counter Troubleshooting

Common Problem #1
The hit counter appears on the screen as a large section of HTML code instead of a hit counter image.
Reason
Your web editing software (or webmaster) has added the counter code as part of the web text instead of adding to the HTML code.
Solution
Re-open your web page and select the option to "view source". Then re-paste the counter code into the source in into the text.

Common Problem #2
The counter just stopped working.
Reason
You may have accidently altered the original counter code.
Solution
Simply re-Register and install a new hit counter, making sure not to make any changes to the counter code.

Common Problem #3
After installation, all the images are broken.
Reason
The hit counter was installed incorrectly or the wrong URL was used.
Solution
Simply re-Register and install a new hit counter, making sure not to make any changes to the counter code.
